Good experience

I recently became a new patient of Dr. Ratliff. She's very personable and friendly and does her homework before she meets with a new patient. I really like her teamwork approach in regard to working with other doctors and specialists to be able to provide the best care for an individual patient's needs. This was something that was sorely lacking in my previous medical treatment. It is a very new practice so they are just beginning to assemble a patient roster. The plus side to this is you feel like you have the entire staff's undivided attention as opposed to being one of many.

Amazing person and helps ease you into what you came in there for. Five stars is not enough.

Dr. Ratliff is extremely patient and knowledgeable and will take every bit of time she needs to make sure that you feel taken care of. You will 100% without a doubt leave her establishment with a smile on your face! 10/10 recommend!!

Martina was very detailed, knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She made sure I understood everything, answered all the questions I had and showed concern and compassion for my health and wellbeing. The office was clean and welcoming.
